Richard Gere To Be Arrested

Remember this recent incident in India?
In case you couldn't identify the person in the photo, those are of Richard Gere and Shilpa Shetty, taken onstage during an HIV/AIDS awareness in New Delhi, India - early this month.
What happened is, Richard Gere jokingly hugged and kissed Shilpa onstage during the ceremony and this angered the Indians! Now apparently, Richard Gere was issued a warrant by a judge Dinesh Gupta for his act of what they called "highly sexually erotic" and “transgressed all limits of vulgarity.”

Now this is just getting ridiculous. Where's everyone's sense of humor? Even Shilpa Shetty was ok with Richard's act, she even came to his rescue by saying it was a joke.
As for Richard Gere, uhm.. I'm sure he's smart enough not to go back to India to face the charges.
