I had the most tiring exercise today. All for only 10 minutes.
10 freakin' minutes!!! LOL
Boy, I can say it was extremely tiring for me. I was practically struggling to catch up with the guy on the DVD, which ended up with me all worked out and panting. *hahahahaha* But I must say, it was all so worth it. I think I've burned a heck lot of fats tonight.
Ooohhh.. I hope I'll stick to this routine until I've reached my goal of losing weight. I need to lose at least 15kg! LOL
