Ouch, My Finger

I tried to write something on the paper this morning when I noticed this painful feeling on my finger. I dropped the pen and looked at the finger. It was red and slightly swollen...
I have a cut. :(
Honestly, I have no idea where on when I got that cut.. I don't even remember feeling any pain on it yesterday or last night. I think it's probably from a cut last night while reading the novel book I just bought? Either way.. it hurts. :(
