I Feel Goooooooood

Normally, the first thing I did when I wake up is turning on the Notebook to check on my blog and emails. But today, I did my aerobics! Woohoo!

It was a short, 10 minutes workout tho.. but I am still panting like yesterday. It's only my 2nd day tho, so you can't blame me for not having the stamina. :P Give me a week at least, and I'll be back on track like how I used to be. Full of stamina for aerobics! Mwahahahaha!

I've also lost a huge amount of appetite today - maybe my brain is telling my body that I don't need so much food so I could lose weight before Christmas. LOL. Whatever it is, I'm really enjoying this. Exercising and trying to lose weight.
